We ship all the bobbleheads dolls via DHL、FedEX、TNT、UPS or USPS. After the doll is shipped, we will provide you a tracking No, you may get your bobblehead within 2-15 days after shipped.

Worldwide, with the efficient logistic service from DHL and FedEX, we ship items worldwide easily.
2.How long is the shipping time?
It depends on your location. Normally to USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the shipping time is 2-3 days. Logistic speed will
slow down 1-2 days during the Christmas sales peaks ( Dec 15th - Dec 25th )
3.Shipping Damage Claims
We have a very low incident rate of breakage. Each bobblehead is carefully wrapped by PEP foam film and packed in a foam protected hard box.
In case you receive a damaged doll, please send us photo within 24 hours. We will remake one and send to you for free, you don’t need to send the damaged one back to us.

Do you accept other payment besides Paypal?
Other than Paypal, you can also pay your order by credit card. It will be processed at Paypal platform but you DON'T need a Paypal account to complete the payment.
5. Cancellation/Refund Policy

Customers can cancel his order within 6 hours after he pay for the order, within 2 hours we would refund you the full payment.
50% refund
After 6 hours, if you decide at any time during the creation process (pre-shipping) that you don’t like your bobbleheads.,only 50% refund, as our artists start to sculpture your bobbleheads. (as we spent material&process cost on the proces,we need to charge these cost)
Free proofing & unlimited changes
We would send head proof, body proof, final proof to you for checking, if you do not like the proof, you can tell us the suggestion on the proofs, where need to change,
we would modify the proof and send the revised to you until you are 100% satisfied with your bobblehead.

The Company reserves the right to change any site conditions and policies with or without any prior
notification to the clients and members.It is the sole responsibility of clients and members to pay close
